Refund policy

Customers have a 7-day window from the day of delivery to easily exchange their products.

For an exchange, the item must remain in its original condition. Please note that custom-made items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

To start a return, you can contact us at zubairhayat.upwork@gmail.com or simply message our customer support on WhatsApp at +92 3134489815. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
